Lazar Winery is a wine producer from North Macedonia since 2001 when the esteemed wine maker Lazar Ristov has started his journey into wine business. As a 4-th generation winemaker, Lazar was doing wines from its own vineyards in a small quantity mainly but since 2001 has started his presence on the Macedonian market and few years later exporting to UK, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia and other countries.
Today winery has grape production on 10 hectares and cooperation with some 15 other grape producers provides production of 250.000 bottles. Our wines have gained rewards on the wine competition around the globe like Decanter, Mundus Vini, BIWC, etc.
At the same time Lazar Winery provides activities regarding the visit of the winery, wine tastings, wine & dine experience and accommodation at our hotel. Our restaurant and hotel is located along with the winery at the E-75 highway Skopje- Thessaloniki at the EXIT Stobi ancient town.
