METAL ART boilers are products which, according to their mechanical and thermal specifics, are intended for heating biomass and fuels.more
By using the general term “biomass”, one mainly refers to “pellets”, but also to the possibility for heating fruit residues (sour cherries, cherries, plums, peaches, apricots, etc), woodchips, small pieces – granulated coal – which are prepared for heating purposes in advance – drying process.
The pellet and biomass burning is realized with automatic loading from the fitted boiler reservoir through a mechanism – dispenser – operating on a single phase electromotor. A fan introduces the air for burning purposes.
The entire process is controlled through a programmed electronics which regulates the heating, the water temperature, the pump operation in the central heating system, as well as the effective and economic boiler operations.
The control system is automatic with certain variables that are controlled by the client depending on the conditions and the needs. The system is fully automatic, from turning on till turning off. This is all explained in details in the Manual for usage which accompanies the device.
Besides using pellets, the METAL ART boilers can also use solid fuels – wood and coal, whilst maintaining the automatic burning control.
